Our Programs are Made Specific for You.

Step 1. First of all you would need to print out an fill out the weight loss history form. which is found at the bottom of the page.

Step 2. Then we you will need to call and schedule a consultation which will take about a half hour. From that consultation I can come up with a specific plan for you taking into consideration lifestyle, body type, time, and exercise variables.

Step 3. We use only the highest quality weight loss products which you will be able to pick up at our office or order in our store.

Step 4. Transformation! At this point you will check in once per week, either in the office or by phone. We will work as a team to help you achieve your weight loss goal in a step wise process of healthy eating, exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Concierge Fitness Coaching is also available as an add on to your weight loss program to turn your body into a fat burning machine!
